The service implementation is as per the 6 following easy steps:

- Define your employees’ categories along with their respective generic characteristics
- Define – in each category – the specific profile & schedule of each employee
- Download the PromapMe applet on the employees’ mobile phones
- Start tracking your employees (and generate report on demand)
The system is simple and easy to use:
The vehicle is located through the mobile phone of the employee driving it. The fleet manager can connect to the PromapMe web site instantly from any device able to access the internet (PC, Smart Phone…) and locate/manage his employees in real time.
The view offered to the “viewer” could be either topographic map, a satellite view or an hybrid (topographic/satellite) view
The location information is logged and can be exported (e.g. Excel files) for back office purposes.
